
FinalTorent Tutorial #2 – How to Search and Download .torrent Files
The piece of freeware we are going to talk about today is an extremely easy-to-use free torrent client which most outstanding feature is its simplicity and ease of use, in our previous tutorial I told you how to configure FinalTorrent for its first use, so, today I'm going to tell you how to use its search and download capabilities.
But before we go on, you should have FinalTorrent installed in your PC to follow this tutorial, so if you don't go to the “Download” button on top and click on it, the InstallIQ installation manager will take you through the process. It takes only a few minutes.

OK, now that FinalTorrent is installed and ready to launch, all you have to do to search for a .torrent file is to go to View → Search.
So, enter the term/phrase you want to search and select the search engine by unfolding the list and click on the “Search” button.

You'll get a list form the selected search engine showing the available .torrents for your search term.

Chances are that the selected search engines ffers no results for your search terms but you can always try again by selecting a different search engine.
Now let's go to the download part: if you have found the torrent you were looking for all you have to do is to click on it from the list and you'll be taken to the torrent page.

Once there click on the link and a download dialog will open.

Click on the “Open” button and the download will start. If you want to check the download progress you can click on the “Downloads” button.

If you right-click on the download you'll get a list of things you can do, open, stop, pause, and so on.

Once the download is finished you can find it in the Library section.
